Vegeta is a real cocky warrior.  He is really jealous of Kakarot (a.k.a.Goku) because he is more powerful and always tries to surpass him.  He is strong, but not quite as strong as Goku.  He always thinks he is stronger than everybody, and the only thing that keeps him going is his pride and honor.   He is the father of Trunks and acts like he doesn't like him at all.  He proves other wise in the episode called "Cell returns!" when he tried to avenge his dead son and was really, really mad(See episode guide).  He first came to DBZ on episode #7.  He has a daughter named Bra.  He is in all the sagas.  In the Buu saga he becomes pure hearted when he selfdestructed and tried to destroy Majin Buu, but is still cocky..  He later fuses with Goku to create Vegetto and much later they make Gogeta. 

My Opinion: I've had different opinions about this guy, and right now I sort of like him.  I kinda think he's a pretty cool guy.
