The name may sound snotty, but actually, this is the story on how I first came to know and love DBZ. Okay, it was a regular boring school day on March of 2000. In one of my classes, I heard some guys talking. Here's what they said. "Hey, did you guys know that DBZ has 2 episodes every day now?""No, but wow! Didn't they used to have only 1 episode per day?" Okay, I was confused. I thought to myself, "DBZ? What the heck is DBZ?" So I went up and asked one of them. "What?" he said. "You don't know about DBZ? Oh well. It's actually called Dragon Ball Z. It comes on Cartoon Network at 4:00 p.m. and it's a fighting show." I didn't get cable, so I didn't think too highly of it. But in May, on our Summer Vacation in Shreveport, I decided to watch it. It was showing the episode where Gohan first meets the orphans. A bad start. Well, I thought the show deeply sucked. I stopped watching it. But, one day in June, we just got a satelite. I was flippin through the channels, trying to find something good to watch. I stopped on Cartoon Network. I remembered that DBZ came on at 4, so I decided to give it another chance. So I waited and the episode that came on was "Nappa...the Invincible?". I was watching it with boredom, but I was getting slowly interested. Then I started getting questions popping into my head. "what did that...clown...thingy...do right there? How did those guys split up? How come that three eyed guy isn't spilling blood where his arm should be?" Then the names were a problem. I started thinking that the green guy was Krillin, and the little boy was Piccolo. The only thought in my head was "....?" When the episode was over, I decided to see the other one to see if it made any more sense. Not much. By the time it got to "The Battle Ends", I was starting to get it. "Oh! The bald guy is Krillin, and the green guy is Piccolo!" I was being pulled towards the show, getting more information and liking it even more. By the time they were on Namek, I understood everything and I loved it. I went on the internet to get more information. That's when I first learned about Trunks. There wasn't much to find out though, since nobody had much information about him. When I first saw him however, I liked him. After a while, he became my favorite character. After another while, I became obsessed with him. I got more and more obsessed with DBZ, so naturally, I got pissed off when Toonami started over again. Aw well...now, I'm here!

I am a DBZ lover like many others out there. This may seem pretty sad, but I am in love with Trunks. Anyway, I am a lonely eigth grader. I am lonely because I barely have any friends. I have a few, but they are interested in "other" things. That's why I dream up characters and pretend I actually have a DBZ friend. My hair is curly, but I recently came up with a hair style that looks like Android 18's. I beleive that no boy can amount to Trunks, but I have a few boys I like. Unfortunetly, they don't like me. Aw well. I'll keep dreaming. I also like to play my N64 as well. One of my favorite games is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I wish I could have a Playstaion though, so that I can get DBZ: Final Bout.
