Favorite "not so popular" characters

This is my section where I list all the characters that I like that are "not so popular".  This means they might only appear once or in a movie.  They might not be popular, but I think they're cool!  Once you click on the charcater, it'll take you to a place that's all about that one character.   Well, let's get out of popdum and go to the lower characters! (still under heavy construction)

1.  East Kaioshin/The Supreme Kai
2.  Pikehan/Pikkon
3.  Tapion
