Cell Returns!
Narrator: Last time, on Dragon Ball Z, realizing there was no way to beat Gohan, Cell decided to go out with a bang.
Cell: I'm going to blow myself up now...and I'm taking you with me! Ha, Ha, So say goodbye to your precious planet!!
Gohan: No, don't!
Vegeta: What?! Blow up the Earth?!
Narrator: That's when Goku decided to take matters into his own hands.
Goku: Goodbye, my son.
Narrator: With mere seconds remaining, Goku had to act fast. Using his instant transmission technique, he transported Cell to King Kai's planet, just as the bloated beast popped his top and blew up big time.
(shows Cell blow up and King Kai's planet blows up along with it.)
Narrator: Cell was blown to smithereens, but his detonation had dire consequences for Goku. King Kai's planet was destroyed along with everything on it.
(shows Gohan with tears going down his face)
Gohan: (screaming) DAAAAAAAADDDDDYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!
(Gohan's scream echoes)
Narrator: In a bold final move to save the Earth, Goku had made the ultimate sacrifice, but there was little time to mourn over the fallen hero.
(A wind blows everybody. Everybody's confused.)
Piccolo: WHAT'S THAT?!
(shows a big...uh...dust cloud)
Narrator: From out of nowhere a giant storm cloud arose. Could this be some sort of freak act of nature? I don't think so. Forget the forecast, even I can predict trouble when I see it! ("whoa, you can? ^ _ ^;")
(dust cloud turns blue. wind blows everybody again.)
Vegeta: No, it can't be!
Trunks: Urn, what is that?!
Piccolo: He's Back!!
Narrator: There was no denying the danger, Gohan and the gang could feel it in the air, but there was little warning for what was about to happen next.
(A finger comes out of cloud. A lazer shoots out of it. It hits Trunks square in the chest (NOOOOOO!^ _ ^;).
Trunks: AHHHHHHH!!!
(Vegeta looks shocked. Trunks lands on the ground.)
Narrator: Somehow Cell has survived his own detonation. The demented demon has come back from the great beyond, he's already blasted Trunks, now he has his eyes set on the rest of the Z warriors! Can the good guys get it together before Cell picks them off one by one?
(Cell Returns starts (That took long enough ^ _ ^;).
(Cell stands there. Everyone looks shocked again in this order...Yamcha, Tien, Krillin, Vegeta, Piccolo, Gohan.)
Cell: heh, heh, heh, heh, heh, heh. What's wrong? Surprised to see me?
Gohan: Cell you monster! Look what you did to Trunks!
(Trunks twitches around (WAAAHH! My poor Trunks!!! ^ _ ^;).
The Hercule gang: AH! AH! AH! AH!
Reporter: Oh no! Cell has returned to earth (Looks around) but the golden haired challenger is nowhere to be seen! This is another marrage folks! After being zapped away by his renegade rival, Cell has come back for more! (realizes no one can hear him) Oh, no one can hear me...
Vegeta: What do you want from us Cell?!
Cell: heh, heh, heh. Nothing. I have everything I need now.
Yamcha: But he's..he's dead!
Vegeta: grrrrrrr...
Goku: How can Cell still be alive? What do you mean King Kai, that's impossible! I saw him blow up!
King Kai: I can't explain it to you, but somehow Cell has survived the blast.
(Goku flys to KK)
Goku: Oh come on! You mean Cell can still demolish the Earth?!
KK: I'm afraid so. Seems all you managed to do was destroy my planet.
Goku: grrrrr.....Cell tricked me.
Bubbles: Ooh, Ooh.
(commercial. Back to show.)
(goes to Kami's...er... I mean...Dende's look out.)
Mr. Popo: What's wrong Dende?
Dende: It's Cell, he's still alive.
Mr. Popo: <gasp> Oh no!
Dende: It's true! He somehow regenerated himself!
Mr. Popo: Dende...what can we do?
Dende: I just...I...I..I don't know Mr. Popo.
(Mr. Popo gasp again. Back to the battlefield.)
Cell: heh, heh, heh, heh. You thought you'd never see me again, now didn't you? Well too bad!! I'm alive! But I'm afraid I can't say the same for Goku. Want to know how I survived the blast? Well it was actually all quite simple. It's all in here (points to head) it's part of my design. Every cell has a life of its own. I cannot die, it's impossible! Even if I self- destruct I will always come back.
(goes back to where Goku put fat Cell on KK's planet.)
Goku: Sorry King Kai, but it was the only place I could think to put him.
KK: Well, you could have just called!
(planet explodes. Cell self-destructs. Next comes a gruesome part on how he regenerated himself. (ewww...^ _ ^;)
Cell: I don't remember much after the explosion, but somewhere amongst the planetary debree the core of my being still existed. One living cell survived, and that was all I needed for my regeneration. Soon, that single living Cell began to multiply into many, it wasn't long before I became of my transformation. I could feel every part of my body growing. Crackling with new life and energy. My shapeless mass began to sprouch new limbs. First my legs...then my arms...and in no time my whole body was restored. At first, I could hardly believe I had brought myself back from the brink of extinction, that is when I realized that each of my cells must hold a memory of my former self. Each one programmed to make me whole again. And to my great delight, I have returned with my complete power. INTACT!!! Causing my own self-destruction was the best thing that ever happened to me. I was reborn! I must give Dr. Gero credit for my brilliant design. My complete power has been restored, even when I lost 18. My cells had tasted the power and stored it away, reawakening it after the explosion while my new body grew. I also discovered that I had the ability to perform the Instant Transmission Technique. Somehow, during the blast, my cells had absorbed this knowledge form Goku. (flashback ends. back to reality.) So,.there you have it. You could say that I am new and improved. Goku failed, and so will all of you. But I am willing to give you another chance if you want. So , which on of you cowards is the bravest?
(Gohan screams. power surrounds him.)
Vegeta: Gohan...no.
Gohan: You don't scare me Cell.
(Gohan yells a bit more, then smiles.)
Cell: Still won't give up.
Gohan: Not a chance.
Cell: Oh. Really?
Gohan: That's right. One thing I learned from my father was to never give up, even when the odds are stacked against you. If your as powerful as you say you are, then bring it on! <pause> Well, what are you waiting for?
Cell: You still have a lot do learn, kid! I'll make sure you end up just like Goku!
(Everyone is surprised. Vegeta looks backwards. Everyone else does to.)
Krillin: Look, Trunks is moving! He's still alive!
(Trunks er...squirms. <in the Japanese version, he coughs up blood> Vegeta looks uh...distressed?)
Yamcha: Trunks, hang on!
(Yamcha runs over to Trunks and checks him out.)
Yamcha: He's in really bad shape, he might not make it!
(Vegeta is very shocked and distressed as he looks at his son).
Vegeta: Tr-Trunks, my son!
(memory flash again.)
Goku: Goodbye. Friends.
Gohan: Daddy!
(Memory ends)
Vegeta: (He is thinking all of this so no one can hear him.) Kakarot...this is all your fault!!
(remembers Trunks getting shot. Cell laughs)
Cell: Goku tried to destroy but failed, thanks to him I am stronger than I've ever been!
(Gohan yells)
Cell: That's it.
Gohan: Come on! This is between you and me!
(Memory ends)
Vegeta: How could I have let this happen to my son?! He has sacrificed everything for me, and I have done nothing but ignore him! There is still time to change things!
(Memory begins...again?!)
Gohan: We never had the chance to finish our fight!
(Memory ends)
Vegeta: Cell has crossed me for the last time, he has tricked me in battle, mocked my sayain ancestory, but this..this time he's gone too far!! He will pay the ultimate price for what he has done to my son!!!
(I think Trunks dies about this time. Thought ends. The rage inside of Vegeta comes out with.....)
Vegeta: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(A scream. Everybody is surprised. Even Cell. Vegeta launches from his place at Cell. Turns Super sayain.)
Vegeta: CEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!
(Shoots a beam at Cell. commercial. Back to show)
Vegeta: (still shooting that one beam at Cell) AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
(Cell prepares himself for the blast)
Vegeta: (still shooting that one beam at Cell) AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
(It hits Cell. The wind of the impact blows everybody.)
Vegeta: AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH! (Shoots a zillion beams at Cell) AH! AH! (repeat this a zillion times.)
Reporter: (While Vegeta is shooting the beams) Wow! That guy is giving it all he's got! (Again realizes no one can hear him. Throws microphone down).
(Everybody is blocking themselves form the wind, except for Yamcha and Tien. They're blocking Trunks.)
Krillin: (While Vegeta is shooting the beams) STOP! VEGETA!
(After about 20 more blasts or so, Vegeta stops. He flys up and catches his breath.)
Krillin: Man, what's up? Talk about over doing it, what's he thinking?!
Vegeta: I'll make sure..he can't put himself together again! Cell!! Come out and if you don't I'll blast you out of there!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! (Repeat the AH! thing again and the blast thing a thousand times. Vegeta stops. Pants like a dog. Finally catches his breath.) At last, it's over. (pants again).
(The Z team isn't so sure about that though. They look on.
Gohan suddenly looks up. Cell jumps out of the cloud.<Oh No!
^ _ ^;> Vegeta is very shocked.)
Cell: Wrong! It's over when I say it's over!
(Cell whacks Vegeta really hard. <Ouch! ^ _ ^;> Vegeta is sprawled on the ground in a bad position.)
Krillin: Vegeta, what have you done? You hothead! You blowing off the top like that is no way to help Trunks!
Cell: And it's over now!!
(Cell shoots a finishing beam at Vegeta. Gohan launches from his spot and flys in the way of the blast just in time.)
Gohan: AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
(Huge blast)
Piccolo: GOHAN!!!
(Krillin protects 18 from the wind. Yamcha and Tien protect Trunks from the wind.)
Cell: Why would Gohan sacrifice himself to save Vegeta? Hmph. I will never understand the ways of these sayains.
(the dust clears. It show Gohan, who looks like he's dead, on Vegeta. They are both badly hurt.)
Cell: Hmph! Look at them. They belong together (What!??? What kind of twisted mind do you have, Cell?! ^ _ ^;) They're both sooo weak.
(Gohan slowly regains concisnous. Cell is surprised. Gohan slowly gets up.)
Cell: Gohan! I told you not to get in my way.
(Gohan's arm is injured, leaving it useless. His power level has gone down severely.)
Cell: I think you should just give up now. Heh, heh, wouldn't want you to suffer.
(Gohan gets in a fighting position.)
Piccolo: He needs help! Throw him a senzu bean!
Krillin: But we don't have anymore...
Piccolo: grrrrrrr.....
(Cell gets down. My tape ended here so I'm not sure what happens next. He gets in a stance for a Kamehameha. Gohan is surprised.)
Cell: Remember this...I will live FOREVER!
(Everyone is surprised)
Narrator: (Trunksgirl is not sure what he says, so she just makes up something.) Will Cell win? Find out next time..on Dragon Ball Z!!!
